Requirements * Bachelor's degree, graduate, or certified professional in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * **Minimum 2 years of experience** in the Human Resources field. * Experience in selection, hiring, and personnel administration processes. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel. * Organizational, communication, and teamwork skills. * Proactivity, responsibility, and goal-oriented mindset. Main Responsibilities * Support recruitment and personnel selection processes. * Manage documentation and processes related to personnel administration. * Monitor contracts, personnel files, and employee documentation. * Provide support in onboarding and training processes. * Prepare HR department reports and indicators. * Coordinate and address requests related to people management. * Support various activities and processes within the department.
