At Openlab Secure, we are looking for a **Junior IT Pre-Sales** (Technology) professional for the IT sector. * Position: Junior IT Pre-Sales * Sector: Technology / IT Solutions * Location: Surco. **REQUIREMENTS:** ✅ Graduated (professional registration preferred) in Networks and Communications, Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science, or related fields. ✅ Minimum 2 years of experience as a **Junior IT Pre-Sales** professional. ✅ Experience in procurement processes/tenders focused on Datacenter Infrastructure, IT Solutions, and Cybersecurity solutions. ✅ Experience and knowledge in designing architectures and solutions for technical-economic proposals. ✅ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft solutions, virtualization, backups, storage, security tools (WAF, SIEM, Wazuh, Lynis, Fail2ban, Nmap, etc.), antivirus solutions (EDR, XDR, ZTNA, Cloud Antispam, etc.), Datacenter solutions, communications, and cybersecurity, among others. . **RESPONSIBILITIES:** ✅ Prepare technical and commercial proposals (architectures, quotations, valuation sheets). ✅ Collaborate with the sales team on technical demonstrations, proof-of-concept tests, and/or proposing improvements. ✅ Structure the cost breakdown and business case to be reviewed by the Business Development Manager (BDM) before submitting a proposal to the client. ✅ Propose new services to the BDM based on meetings and customer needs identified, for evaluation by the BDM and Product Manager. ✅ Research competitor solutions and emerging technologies relevant to customers and the company. ✅ Participate in identifying and responding to security incidents. ✅ Support implementation of information security policies and controls. ✅ Conduct basic vulnerability analyses and assist in internal penetration testing. ✅ Document cybersecurity department procedures and reports. . **What do we offer?** ✅ We are an ultra-hyper-mega COOL team where everyone supports each other and prioritizes employee well-being. ✅ Benefits as per local labor law. ✅ Fixed salary + attractive commissions. ✅ 100% covered meals (breakfast, lunch, and others). .
