




Position Summary: We are seeking a Junior Planning Analyst to participate in the development and monitoring of service plans, schedules, and activities, preparing reports and coordinating with various departments in the Oil & Gas sector. We are currently seeking top talent to fill the position of **JUNIOR PLANNING ANALYST.** **Job Description** * Participate in the development of the general service plan and master schedule. * Monitor the Tactical Plan: monthly programs and plans, activity schedule. * Weekly meetings with executive area residents. * Track scheduled and completed activities. * Prepare reports and statistics on control activities. * Coordinate and monitor the operational plan developed by departments. * Track open constraints and coordinate with responsible parties for their closure. * Responsible for reviewing and consolidating the monthly deliverable for the assigned operational area. * Consolidate and manage supplies required for service execution in the assigned operational area. * Prepare the Daily RAKEN Report. * Participate in project team meetings as needed, maintaining records and tracking agreed actions. * Perform other duties similar to this position as directed by the Employer or hierarchical supervisor based on operational needs and requirements. **Requirements** * Senior Planning Analyst or performing similar functions – 2+ years. * University graduate (Bachelor’s or Licentiate) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering. * Project management under PMBOK (Desirable). * Project planning (Desirable). * MS Project (Desirable). * Must reside in Lima. **Additional Information** * Formal payroll enrollment from your first day of work (bonuses, CTS, profit-sharing, vacation benefits). * Bi-weekly payments. * EPS health insurance covered at 80%.
