Ongoing training **JUNIOR RECRUITER – HR** **Job Description:** We are looking for a Junior Recruiter to support personnel attraction and selection processes, ensuring timely coverage of administrative and operational vacancies. **Main Responsibilities:** * Posting job openings on various job boards. * Screening resumes and conducting initial candidate evaluations. * Contacting candidates and scheduling interviews. * Tracking candidates throughout the selection process. * Coordinating documentation for new hires. * Updating recruitment databases and generating recruitment reports. * Providing administrative support to the HR department. **Requirements:** * Graduate or bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment and selection. * Basic to intermediate Excel proficiency. * Strong communication and organizational skills. * Proactivity and ability to work under pressure. **Working Conditions:** * On-site work mode. * Opportunity for learning and professional growth. * Positive work environment. * Market-competitive remuneration. **Location:** Santiago de Surco – Lima. **Benefits:** * Formal employment registration. * Positive work environment. * Opportunity for professional growth. * Ongoing training.
