The **RIKOTON CHICKEN GREAT FAMILY** invites you to participate in our selection process for the position of **STORE ADMINISTRATOR** at our location on 5 de Mariscal Caceres. * Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of experience managing a poultry restaurant. * Personnel management and leadership skills (mandatory). * Age between 25 and 40 years. * Technical or bachelor's degree in Administration; intermediate-level Excel knowledge. * Must reside in San Juan de Lurigancho District and/or nearby areas. Responsibilities include: * Personnel supervision and management. * Performing store opening and closing procedures. * Ensuring proper operation of the operating system, POS, and other store systems. * Verifying cash reconciliations and internal inventory controls. * Validating incoming merchandise receipts. * Resolving customer complaints and providing assistance. * Guaranteeing effective and satisfying customer service. * Scheduling staff shifts. * Other duties as required by the store.
