We seek someone with technical dexterity, speed, and commitment to uphold the quality standards that define us. I. Functions and Responsibilities · **Operations and Preparation (Your primary duties):** * **Technical mise en place:** Execute precise cuts and ingredient preparation following the restaurant’s technical specifications. * **Service Support:** Directly assist on the kitchen line during peak hours, ensuring timely dish delivery and proper plating temperatures. * **Station Management:** Maintain order and control over your assigned station, monitoring ingredient quality and preventing unnecessary waste. * **Inventory Control:** Strict adherence to the FIFO system and daily inventory reporting. · **Cleaning and Organization (Supporting duties):** * **Area Hygiene:** Keep your workstation, countertops, and utensils clean and disinfected throughout your shift, complying with Good Handling Practices (GHP) standards. * **Kitchen Closing:** Assist in deep cleaning and organizing equipment (stoves, griddles, fryers) at the end of your shift. II. Job Requirements * **Experience:** Minimum of **6 months** working as a Kitchen Assistant in restaurants, bars, or entertainment venues. * **Knowledge:** Proficient knife handling, familiarity with cooking methods, preparation of base sauces, and order management. * **Profile:** A dynamic professional with strong ability to work under pressure and excellent communication skills with both front-of-house and kitchen teams. * **Availability:** Must be available to work **night shifts until 3:00 a.m.** III. Employment Conditions and Schedule * **Location:** On-site work in **Miraflores**. * **Salary:** S/ 1,400\.00 \- S/ 1,500\.00 (based on performance evaluation). * **Workweek:** 48 hours per week \+ 1 hour daily break. * **Schedule:** Monday through Sunday (with one weekly day off). * **Shift Window:** Availability to cover shifts between **5:00 p.m. and 3:00 a.m.** IV.
