Position Summary: We are seeking a foreign trade professional with customs experience to advise clients, manage documentation, and resolve import/export inquiries. Key Highlights: 1. Advise internal and external clients on customs-related inquiries 2. Manage documentation for customs clearance and invoicing 3. Experience in export, import, and integrated logistics services **Requirements** * Professional degree in Foreign Trade or Bachelor's degree in International Business Administration, or related fields (MANDATORY) * Completion of the Customs Representative course accredited by SUNAT (MANDATORY) * Minimum experience: 3 years in the position * Knowledge and proficiency in the Sintad system (MANDATORY) * Experience in Export, Import, and Integrated Logistics Services * Knowledge of legislation, tariff classification, treaties, and agreements (MANDATORY) * Familiarity with customs nomenclature * Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office skills **Responsibilities** * Advise internal and external clients on customs inquiries (Import and Export) * Sign DAM forms and related documentation required for customs clearance and invoicing * Monitor files submitted to SUNAT * Maintain and update external customs documentation and provide training on its use * Respond to customs notifications * Experience in land and maritime cargo (Export/Import) **Competencies** * Teamwork * Commitment * Leadership * Results-oriented * Problem-solving ability * Resolution capability, strong communication, work planning and organization * High sense of responsibility and customer service orientation Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,000.00 \- S/.2,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
