Job Summary: Occupational health professional responsible for managing medical examinations, providing first aid, and designing health programs, with experience in high-risk environments. Key Highlights: 1. Manage and schedule occupational medical examinations. 2. Provide first aid and coordinate medical transfers. 3. Design and implement annual occupational health programs. 1\.\- Manage, schedule, and follow up on annual, pre-employment, and exit occupational medical examinations (OME). 2\.\- Provide first aid for work-related accidents and coordinate transportation to medical facilities. 3\.\- Conduct mandatory workshops on ergonomics, hearing protection, use of PPE, and disease prevention. 4\.\- Design and implement the Annual Occupational Health Plan and Program, focusing on plant-specific risks. 5\.\- Monitor, verify, and record absences due to common or occupational illnesses and accidents. * In-depth knowledge of national Occupational Safety and Health legislation and current health protocols. * Composure and quick response to act calmly and efficiently during serious plant accidents. * Strictly confidential handling of all employees' clinical records. 1 to 2 years of experience in occupational health. Prior experience in industrial plants, manufacturing, construction, mining, or other high-risk sectors.
