We seek a technical or university-educated professional with solid experience in maintenance of systems and electrical installations, oriented toward ensuring operational continuity. Responsibilities: * Ensure operational continuity of the shopping mall’s assets and infrastructure. * Lead the maintenance team. * Supervise technicians’ adherence to scheduled maintenance protocols. * Coordinate work with suppliers, contractors, and internal departments. * Prepare technical reports and report incidents or operational needs. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and service standards. Requirements: * Technical diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related industrial maintenance fields. * 2 years of experience in similar positions, with focus on preventive and corrective maintenance of stores, commercial premises, and points of sale. * Experience in comprehensive maintenance management (preventive, corrective, and predictive). * Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams.
