Main Responsibilities * Plan and execute the company's marketing plan. * Design and implement digital and traditional campaigns. * Coordinate content creation for social media, the company website, and advertising materials. Requirements * Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. * Proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Google Analytics. * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills. * Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation (preferred). * Analytical ability, leadership, organizational skills, and results orientation. Salary: S/.1,000.00 \- S/.1,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
