




Job Summary: This role serves as the analytical support for the Marketing team, transforming campaign data into actionable insights for decision-making and providing operational support across initiatives. Operational support in campaign and project execution **Your Mission** Be the analytical support for the Marketing team, ensuring campaign data is accurate, well-organized, and transformed into actionable insights for decision-making. Additionally, provide operational support across various departmental initiatives to ensure successful campaign and project execution. You will work onsite in Surco, Lima, collaborating daily with the Marketing team and U.S.-based leadership. **Responsibilities** *Data Analysis and Reporting* * Consolidate data from Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, CRM, and other platforms. * Update dashboards and daily, weekly, and monthly reports. * Monitor key metrics such as Leads, CPL, CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, and CAC. * Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for campaign performance improvement. * Validate data quality and consistency prior to reporting. * Prepare executive reports for the Marketing team and leadership. * Support the development of forecasts and performance tracking. * Maintain organized databases and departmental documentation. * Automate repetitive tasks using Google Sheets, Excel, or AI tools where feasible. *Research and Optimization* * Research digital marketing and demand generation trends. * Analyze competitor campaigns and industry best practices. * Gather intelligence for new campaigns or commercial initiatives. * Identify data-driven optimization opportunities. * Support testing and performance tracking of new marketing strategies. *Marketing Team Support* * Track progress of campaigns and projects. * Prepare information and materials for meetings. * Support internal documentation and process organization. * Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for the Marketing team. * Provide operational support for special Marketing department initiatives. **Requirements** * 1–2 years of experience in data analysis, marketing, business intelligence, or similar roles. * Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data cleaning and analysis). * Ability to interpret metrics, detect trends, and produce reports. * Intermediate-to-advanced knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and Meta. * Familiarity with Google Ads and Meta Ads. * Advanced knowledge of Power BI or Looker Studio. * Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency. * Experience using AI tools for analysis and productivity.
