Job Summary: We are seeking a BIM MEP Modeler to participate in the development of hospital and public school projects at an engineering and construction company. Key Highlights: 1. BIM model development and updating in Revit 2. Preparation of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical installation drawings 3. Coordination with disciplines and clash detection **WE ARE HIRING!** **BIM MEP MODELER** An engineering and construction company is currently seeking a BIM MEP Modeler to join our technical team and participate in the development of hospital and public school projects. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering minimum * Autodesk BIM / Revit certification **Work Schedule and Modality** * Monday to Friday, 8 A.M. to 6 P.M. * Saturday, 8 A.M. to 1 P.M. * On-site work, Lima. **Responsibilities:** * BIM model development and updating in Revit. * Preparation of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical installation drawings. * Quantity takeoff calculations and preparation. * Generation of construction details and technical documentation. * Coordination with disciplines and clash detection. **Send CV to:** convocatoria@atsconstructora.com Work Location: On-site employment
