In this role, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and administration of Occupational Health activities (preventive medicine, occupational medicine, industrial hygiene) to deliver high\-quality Occupational, Clinical, and Preventive Health care. Additionally, you will contribute to the implementation and administration of Occupational Health activities (preventive medicine, occupational medicine, industrial hygiene) to deliver high\-quality Occupational, Clinical, and Preventive Health care. **In this role, you will be responsible for:** * Establishing the Worker Health Surveillance procedure to identify and control occupational risks, providing evidence\-based information to support prevention and control measures in the workplace. * Designing, managing, and executing intervention programs aligned with occupational risks. * Ensuring necessary measures are adopted to guarantee the health and safety protection of workers and third parties within Arbex facilities or workplaces. * Ensuring execution of Occupational Medical Examinations. * Leading, coordinating, and monitoring activities required by the Medical Department for EHS system implementation at the Puente Piedra Plant \- Peru. * Leading, coordinating, and monitoring the Executive Medical Examination Program sub\-process. * Leading, coordinating, and monitoring the Medical Care and Evacuation sub\-process—including ambulance transportation—based on staff requirements, to provide appropriate medical and emergency services. * Leading, coordinating, executing, and monitoring the Good Practices in Health and Hygiene and Training sub\-process. * Leading, coordinating, executing, and monitoring the Accidents and Incidents sub\-process. * Leading and monitoring the Immunization sub\-process. * Leading, coordinating, executing, and monitoring the Plant First Aid Brigade Training sub\-process. * Position scope: Peru (plant and offices) and Argentina (support as manager). **To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:** * Licensed and duly registered Medical Doctor, certified and authorized by the Medical College of Peru. * Specialty in Occupational Medicine; Master’s degree in Occupational Health; Master’s degree in Occupational and Environmental Health; or Master’s degree in Occupational Medicine and Environment. * 3\+ years of experience in Occupational Medicine or Occupational Health. * Specialty or coursework in Occupational or Industrial Hygiene. * Strong analytical ability, leadership, influence, and change management skills. * Experience at both administrative and production plant levels. * Intermediate\-to\-advanced English proficiency. **Benefits** We believe our employees are our most valuable asset, and we are committed to providing them with the tools and resources they need to succeed.
