Opportunity for career growth within the company A company specializing in decorative landscaping and exterior design, with over 25 years of experience transforming spaces using natural materials such as clamshells, is seeking an **Architecture Intern**: **Job Objective:** To carry out creative and technical design for landscaping and design projects, utilizing clamshells and other decorative elements from the brand. Based on pre-defined blueprints, develop functional and aesthetic proposals that ensure correct on-site installation and application of products. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or having completed technical or university studies in **Architecture** and/or **Interior Design**. * Minimum of **3 months of prior experience** in interior design. * Basic knowledge of design software such as **AutoCAD**, **SketchUp**, and **CorelDRAW**. * Basic ability to **read and interpret architectural blueprints**. * General understanding of the **main current issues and trends in interior and exterior design**. * Interest in **applied landscape design**, distribution of decorative materials, and fieldwork. * Must reside in nearby districts such as La Molina or on the border with Surco. **Employment Conditions:** * **Work Mode**: Pre-professional or professional internships (internship agreement provided). * **Part-Time Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (includes 1-hour lunch break). * **Work Location**: **La Molina** (reference: behind Universidad Femenina del Sagrado Corazón \-UNIFE). * **Career Path**: Performance evaluations every 6 months, with potential for internal career advancement. **Responsibilities:** * Perform **garden and exterior space design**, developing creative and functional proposals based on client-provided blueprints. * Perform **material quantity calculations (take-offs)** required for installing floor coverings, clamshells, and other decorative elements. * Propose **floor-level design solutions**, shading strategies, and material distribution plans that harmonize aesthetics and functionality of the space. * Interpret architectural blueprints and convert them into **landscape proposals** tailored to each project. * Design specific solutions for **floor coverings and vegetative coverage**, considering environment, functionality, and aesthetics. * Provide support in **constructing the landscape concept**, proposing improvements or differentiated approaches to enrich the project’s design. * Participate in **site visits** to take technical notes, gather project information, supervise correct installation of landscape elements (e.g., floor coverings, clamshells), and verify proper on-site execution of proposed calculations and designs. * Assist with **on-site installation tasks**, as required by the project.
