Job Summary: We are seeking a sales advisor with experience in consultative selling, focused on managing the commercial process, actively prospecting, and presenting premium products. Growth opportunity within a Peruvian design company Mono Atelier is a Peruvian design company with three brands: Mono Kids (premium furniture and children's spaces), Elia Design (premium home furniture), and Mono Estudio (interior design). We seek a sales advisor with proven experience in consultative selling, primarily focused on Mono Kids. **Responsibilities:** * Manage the end-to-end commercial process: initial response → qualification → quotation → follow-up → closure. * Execute daily blocks of phone calls and active outreach — the telephone is central to this role. * Schedule and conduct in-showroom consultations. * Actively prospect: reactivating existing customer databases, CRM leads, referrals, and new opportunities. * Prepare and send quotations on the same day, with structured follow-up within 48 hours. * Record all commercial activities in the CRM in real time: each lead must include its status and next action. * Confidently present Mono Kids and Elia Design products. * Support B2B prospecting (nurseries, institutions, and projects) as per the commercial plan. * Report daily results and pipeline to management. * Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets defined by the company. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2+ years of verifiable experience in consultative or medium-to-high-ticket sales (mandatory). * Proven track record of meeting targets — we will ask for specific figures. * Full comfort with telephone communication and excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to work under a base salary + commission structure. * Experience with CRM or tracking tools (desirable). * Experience in furniture, décor, real estate, or premium retail (desirable). **Conditions:** * Position type: Part-time / Full-time * Weekday schedule to be discussed. * Saturdays: 10am–2pm (mandatory). * Location: Chacarilla, Surco (in-person for showroom and visits; flexible for other tasks). **Application:** Send your CV to contacto@mono.pe and andresrequena95@gmail.com with the subject line "Commercial Advisor – Mono Kids".
