THIS IS YOUR OPPORTUNITY! **WHAT DO WE REQUIRE?** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Finance, or related fields. * Minimum one (1) year of experience in this role or similar positions in Human Talent Management. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Availability to work in Cercado de Lima and Magdalena. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Submit AFP and ADP declarations, ensuring compliance with current regulations. * Prepare social benefits settlements, payments, and insurance administration. * Prepare payroll records for personnel under the Civil Construction Regime and the General Regime. * Manually calculate social benefits settlements. * Report all process-related information monthly and promptly, meeting relevant KPIs. * Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor regulations, and the company’s internal work regulations. * Monitor worker onboarding for projects. * Coordinate medical examinations in provinces, as well as inclusion and renewal of SCTR for projects. * Ensure correct employee onboarding, including project hires and contracts. * Monitor attendance and overtime for biweekly and monthly payroll processing. * Identify continuous improvement opportunities within internal processes handled in their respective sub-area of the department. * Perform other duties related to the position or assigned by their immediate supervisor based on knowledge and experience. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * Formal employment registration from day one. * Profit-sharing participation. * Ongoing training programs. * Statutory social benefits. * A dynamic and collaborative work environment. * Career development path. **EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS** * Working Hours: Monday–Friday: 8 AM–6 PM (in-person); Saturday: 8 AM–11 AM (virtual). * Work Modality: In-person. * Workplace: Magdalena del Mar.
