Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to develop management reports, manage dashboards, analyze KPIs, and oversee performance metrics. Key Responsibilities: 1. Development of management reports and summaries. 2. Design and monitoring of management dashboards. 3. Analysis of KPIs and proposal of improvements. We are currently looking for an experienced HR professional for our office located in Surquillo, with immediate availability. Requirements: * Graduate or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Residence in Surquillo or nearby districts. * Experience in developing management reports. * Proficiency in dashboards and management indicators. * Knowledge of Power BI. * Advanced Excel skills. * Experience managing and tracking KPIs. * Strong analytical, organizational, and results-oriented capabilities.
