Requirements Degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, and/or related fields 3 years of experience in this role within the mining sector Diploma or course in Mining Planning, Project Management, Cost and Budgeting Knowledge, Mineral Reserve Evaluation Knowledge, Mining Operations Knowledge Responsibilities Plan and control production estimates and mining progress, as well as short- and medium-term mining operations, based on reserve information and grade data of mineralized bodies, in coordination with Mine Operations and Geology, to ensure concentrate production. Schedule and supervise the execution of development and production activities according to the monthly plan and safety standards, to prevent losses in the production process, thereby contributing to achieving monthly objectives. Issue linear progress reports and ore breakage volume calculations, to achieve compliance with the established annual plan, in accordance with budgeted costs. Monitor production levels, grades, concentrate output, and progress metrics (e.g., meters drilled, cubic meters drilled, cubic meters backfilled, cleaning hours), to ensure concentrate production. Establish, evaluate, and control short- and medium-term projects; likewise, monitor updates to 2D and 3D drawings, to ensure compliance with the annual development and production schedule, in accordance with budgeted costs.
