




Position Summary: We are seeking an Administration student to manage sales contract files, coordinate documentation and notarial procedures, and ensure compliance with requirements for housing delivery. Pleasant work environment REQUIREMENTS: * Student pursuing a degree in Administration. * Minimum 1 year of experience in this position. * Knowledge of the Fondo Mi Vivienda system (DESIRABLE) * Knowledge of Techo Propio contracts. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Availability to work Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM / Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM in MOYOBAMBA RESPONSIBILITIES: * Review and validate physical sales contract files for each client. * Coordinate with clients regarding submission of documentation required for housing delivery. * Knowledge of notarial procedures. * Coordinate with architects for housing inspection and delivery. * Documenting observations. * Ensure all documentation complies with Fondo Mi Vivienda requirements. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
