At **Huarcaya Group**, a Peruvian company specializing in the manufacturing and installation of furniture for corporate, commercial, and institutional projects, we are looking for a **Production Assistant** to strengthen our team. **Requirements** * Graduate, bachelor’s degree holder, or technical diploma in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Wood Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Production Assistant or in similar roles within manufacturing, carpentry, metal-mechanical, or related companies. * Knowledge of production processes and operational control. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Familiarity with blueprint reading is desirable. * Ability to prepare production reports and indicators. * Availability for on-site work. **Responsibilities** * Provide support in production program planning and monitoring. * Monitor adherence to manufacturing schedules. * Record and track daily production progress. * Prepare production reports and indicators. * Coordinate with Production, Quality, Logistics, and Projects departments to ensure timely delivery. * Identify deviations in the production process and propose improvement opportunities. * Maintain up-to-date documentation and records for the department. * Support material and resource control required for production. **Competencies** * Organization and planning. * Analysis and problem-solving. * Teamwork. * Effective communication. * Proactivity. * Results orientation.
