Job Summary: Supervise and coordinate assembly operations to ensure compliance with production, quality, safety, and productivity requirements, managing personnel and resources. Key Highlights: 1. Ensures compliance with standards and methodologies. **Production Supervisor (Assembly Area)** **Job Mission:** Supervise and coordinate assembly area operations, ensuring compliance with the production schedule, quality, safety, and productivity standards through proper management of personnel, equipment, and resources. **Education:** \* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields. \* Specialization in Production Management or Lean Manufacturing is desirable. **Technical Knowledge:** \* Production and assembly processes. \* Lean Manufacturing and 5S methodology. \* Production metrics (OEE, productivity, and efficiency). \* Quality control. \* Occupational Safety and Health. \* Microsoft Excel (intermediate level). **Main Responsibilities:** \* Supervise adherence to the production schedule. \* Coordinate material supply and ensure proper operation of assembly lines. \* Monitor process and product quality. \* Lead and supervise operational staff. \* Track productivity, efficiency, and scrap indicators. \* Coordinate with Quality and Maintenance departments. \* Prepare production reports. \* Promote compliance with safety regulations and the 5S methodology. **Benefits:** \* Timely payments (bi-weekly and end-of-month). \* Formal employment from day one under the General Regime, including all statutory benefits (CTS, bonuses, vacation, profit-sharing, EsSalud, SCTR, and Life Insurance Law). \* Family allowance (if applicable). \* Overtime bonus. \* Excellent work environment. **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):** \* Production schedule adherence. \* Productivity and efficiency. \* OEE. \* Scrap rate. \* Downtime. \* Compliance with quality and safety standards.
