Job Summary: We are seeking a production supervisor to lead operational staff, control supplies, ensure quality and safety, and coordinate the production flow. Key Responsibilities: 1. Personnel supervision and task assignment 2. Control of supplies and materials 3. Ensuring quality and safety standards **Main Responsibilities:** \* Supervise operational staff and assign tasks. \* Monitor the use of supplies and materials. \* Verify quality and safety standards. \* Report production progress and incidents. \* Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production flow. **Requirements:** \* Technical or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields. \* Minimum 2 years of experience supervising production. \* Knowledge of production processes, quality, and safety. \* Proficiency in operational KPIs, Microsoft Office, and ERP systems. **Benefits:** \* Salary subject to evaluation \* Full payroll registration under the General Regime \* Family allowance **Working Hours:** \* Monday to Friday: 8:00 am – 5:15 pm \* Saturday: 8:00 am – 1:30 pm Salary: Starting from S/.1,700\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
