Your journey toward impact and innovation begins here at WSP! **Key Responsibilities:** * Collaborate on technical work development alongside other professionals within the department. * Regularly collaborate on project development, ensuring optimal outcomes. * Ensure quality control by participating in and reviewing project deliverables prior to submission to the immediate supervisor (typically a junior and/or intermediate engineer). * Support the preparation of proposals for consulting services related to geotechnical assessment and design. * Comply with internal policies and procedures of the Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety in the activities performed, among others. **Professional Background:** * Graduate in Civil Engineering with interest in geotechnics. * Minimum six months’ desirable experience in geotechnics, including pre-professional and/or professional internships. * Intermediate-level English language proficiency is desirable. * Familiarity with Excel, Civil 3D, soil mechanics, laboratory testing, and elective courses related to geotechnics is desirable. * Proficiency in software such as Slide, Slope/W, PLAXIS 2D, FLAC, and/or programming is desirable. \#Peru \#LI\-Hybrid \#LI\-GV1 **Primary Location** PE\-LIM\-Miraflores**Schedule** Full\-time**Employee Status** Temporary**Experience (Minimum Yrs.)** 0\.5**Job Posting** May 13, 2026, 11:47:44 AM
