Ongoing training and professional development **ENGINEERING SERVICES SAC**, a pioneer in Comprehensive Security Consulting with over 45 years of experience providing services to companies across various sectors—including safety training and education, operational assessment of security systems, and operational support for emergency prevention and response—is currently seeking a **PROFESSIONAL HUMAN RESOURCES INTERN**. **WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU!!** **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage assigned recruitment and selection processes per requesting business areas or units: job posting, candidate interview coordination, resume and telephone screening, technical evaluation coordination, employment reference checks, background verifications, and other related activities. * Monitor selection processes through to hiring. * Ensure proper onboarding and welcoming of new personnel (sending onboarding documents, generating system access credentials, issuing photo ID badges, assigning equipment, etc.). * Record participation and issued certificates for trainings and workshops. * Support workplace climate and wellness initiatives within the organization. * Process CTS transfers, EPS enrollments, contract renewal follow-ups, personnel file assembly and updates, locker assignments, and other related tasks. * Perform other duties as assigned by the Human Resources Department Head. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Power BI and Excel. * Human Resources management training is desirable. * Knowledge of labor legislation. * Familiarity with performance indicator management. **Competencies:** * Proactivity * Initiative * Teamwork * Analytical ability * Effective communication **Working Conditions:** * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm. * Internship agreement. * FOLA insurance. * Ongoing training.
