Job Summary: We are seeking two Senior Analyst Programmers for technical analysis, development, and maintenance of solutions, actively collaborating on development projects. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure the technical and functional quality of developments. **We are hiring!** **Analyst Programmer** We are looking for two Senior Analyst Programmers with experience in the **TronWeb** environment, capable of participating in the technical analysis of requirements, development of solutions, and maintenance of functionalities, actively collaborating with the team on development projects. **Work Modality:** * Hybrid – Miraflores **Main Responsibilities** * Analyze functional requirements and define technical solutions * Develop and implement functionalities according to Mapfre standards * Ensure the technical and functional quality of developments * Prepare work plans, estimates, and activity tracking * Report progress and results to functional analysts * Prepare technical documentation for implemented solutions * Record project information in collaborative tools **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or related fields * **Minimum 5 years of experience as a Programmer** * Proficiency in **Oracle Developer and PL/SQL** * Proficiency in **Desktop Java (Swing) and Java Web** * Intermediate proficiency in **TronWeb** * Intermediate proficiency in **REST APIs** and **SOA architecture** * Intermediate proficiency in **iterative methodologies and waterfall model** * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft **Excel** * Familiarity with **Bitbucket, Jira, and Jenkins** * Knowledge of **DevOps** Employment Type: Full-time Application Question(s): * Indicate your salary expectation for payroll and separately your expectation for honorarium receipts * Indicate whether you are available to work in a hybrid modality in Miraflores and the district where you reside * Indicate your academic degree and university major * Describe your level of proficiency and the most complex project you have worked on using Java Swing, Java Web, and PL/SQL, specifying developed functionalities, your role, and main technical challenges * Explain your experience using TronWeb, detailing your level (basic, intermediate, advanced), years of experience, developed functionalities, and integrations performed * Explain your experience using REST APIs, SOA architecture, and iterative or waterfall methodologies within development projects * Indicate your experience using Bitbucket, Jira, Jenkins, DevOps concepts, and AI tools applied to development.
