Lead large multidisciplinary teams **Date:** 14 Jul 2026 **Location:** LIMA, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **What will be your challenge?** End-to-end leadership of the Horizonte Program (M\&A), ensuring compliance with scope, time, cost, quality, and committed value, under an early value delivery approach. You will be responsible for anticipating risks and deviations, orchestrating internal and external multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring robust governance to enable timely decisions and sustainable business value generation.**What will you do in your role?** Initiation and governance: Validate initial program conditions (Readiness Check), enable budget allocation, and establish governance and escalation structures. Comprehensive planning: Develop schedule, baselines, critical dependencies, and resource, risk, and communications management strategies, aligned with the recommended delivery framework (waterfall, agile, hybrid). Execution and coordination: Orchestrate teams and diverse capabilities (Data, Processes, Technology Solutions, Architecture) to meet milestones, remove impediments, and ensure deliverable quality. Monitoring and control: Continuously track progress, manage deviations, risks, and change controls, reporting status in governance forums. Closure and value transfer: Ensure formal program closure, transition to operations, lessons learned documentation, and benefits validation against the business case. Team leadership: Mobilize internal and external teams, aligning Technology, Business, and Support functions with a focus on collaboration and high performance. Budget management: Monitor CAPEX/OPEX execution, financial forecasts, and variances, ensuring financial sustainability. Vendor and contract management: Coordinate with Procurement to ensure vendor availability and performance, guaranteeing contractual and quality compliance.**What do we need from you?** * University graduate * Minimum 5 years leading complex programs and/or project portfolios * Experience leading or managing transformation and M\&A (mergers and acquisitions) projects * Experience leading large, multidisciplinary teams (teams exceeding 50 people) * Demonstrable experience managing C\-Suite stakeholders (General Managers, Directors) * Experience managing projects using waterfall, agile, or hybrid methodologies
