Coordination and reporting of projects in mining operations. **Requirements:** * Mechanical or Industrial Engineer * Degree holder and licensed by the Professional Association * Minimum 7 years of experience in project planning and control for the mining sector. * Proven experience in Construction Quality Assurance (CQA), planning and control of construction or installation projects in mining operations. * Experience in developing and monitoring master schedules, physical progress control, and performance indicator management. * Experience in monitoring electromechanical installation projects. * Prior participation in projects developed by Sociedad Minera Cerro Verde. * Driver's license: A1 * Work location: Arequipa * Work regime: 6x3 **Responsibilities:** * Develop, update, and monitor the project schedule related to the crusher replacement, in accordance with the scheduling established by Sociedad Minera Cerro Verde. * Conduct control and monitoring of physical progress of project activities, verifying compliance with contractual milestones and current scheduling. * Identify deviations from the baseline schedule, perform impact analysis, and propose mitigation actions as appropriate. * Coordinate with the Quality Assurance team, SMCV supervision, and contractor companies to maintain up-to-date project planning. * Prepare periodic progress reports, performance indicators, progress curves, and other required information for project monitoring. * Monitor critical activities during pre-assembly, installation, commissioning, startup, and project closure phases. * Verify consistency between executed physical progress and information recorded in the project schedule. * Participate in coordination and monitoring meetings convened by Sociedad Minera Cerro Verde, presenting the status of activity progress. * Maintain updated planning information, ensuring traceability of changes made during project execution. * Issue technical reports related to planning and progress control, providing information for project decision-making.
