In partnership with **Productos Calderón**, we are looking for a **Quality Assistant** to contribute to compliance with quality and food safety standards at the plant. **Requirements:** * Graduate, bachelor's degree holder, or certified professional in Food Engineering, Agro-industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. * 1–2 years of experience in food manufacturing plants. * Knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, root cause analysis, and statistical process control. * Knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or FSSC 22000\. * Proficiency in Excel. **Main Responsibilities:** * Verify compliance with GMPs and in-plant quality controls. * Monitor CCPs and control points. * Manage deviations and non-conformities. * Participate in root cause investigations and corrective actions. * Support audits and updating of quality documentation. **Work Modality:** This position combines approximately **60% on-site work in the plant and laboratory, and 40% administrative tasks**, with availability to provide support during special shifts or contingencies related to audits.
