Position Summary: We are seeking a Quality Control Intern to support product inspection, sampling, result recording, and nonconformance management at an industrial plant. Key Highlights: 1. Support in product inspection and quality sampling. 2. Collaboration in claim and nonconformance management. 3. Support in internal audits and preparation of quality reports. QUALITY CONTROL INTERN A leading company in the plastics industry is looking for top talent to fill the position of QUALITY CONTROL INTERN. Requirements: * Graduate, bachelor's degree holder, and/or certified professional in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in industrial plants. * Preferably residing near the Ate district. Responsibilities: * Assist in inspection of in-process and finished products (injection, blow molding, finishing). * Assist in sampling and verification of characteristics (dimensions, weight, appearance, defects). * Assist in recording results in quality control forms. * Assist in identifying and segregating nonconforming products. * Assist in claim and nonconformance management. * Assist in preparing quality reports. * Assist in data analysis for continuous improvement. * Assist in developing, verifying, and implementing procedures and standards (BPM, ISO, etc.). * Maintain order and document control within the department. * Assist in internal audits. * Other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
