




Job Summary: We are seeking a psychology professional to carry out recruitment and selection processes, including candidate evaluation and interview coordination. Key Highlights: 1. Profile: \- University graduate or bachelor's degree in Psychology. \- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position. \- Intermediate-level knowledge of: Excel, pivot tables, \- Availability to work in Villa El Salvador\-Lima \- Experience in mass recruitment and selection. \- Experience in recruitment and selection within the logistics/distribution sector. Responsibilities: \- Conduct the recruitment process by publishing job advertisements and pre-selecting candidates to fulfill internal requirements. \- Evaluate shortlisted candidates through interviews and psychological tests. \- Coordinate interviews with candidates and department heads and/or management. Jointly assess selection process outcomes with department heads. Conduct background checks (police, judicial, and criminal records) for candidates to prevent potential violations by employees of the company's ethical values and principles. \- Conduct mass hiring events at least once per week at our Huachipa operations base. \- Prepare the new hire's personnel file and photo ID verification to formalize the employment relationship and proceed with the hiring process.
