**Key Responsibilities:**
* Design and manage the Mechanical Integrity Program for tanks and pipelines.
* Develop risk-based inspection plans.
* Analyze thickness measurement and NDT test results.
* Define repair, replacement, or mitigation strategies.
* Manage leak detection programs in compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Develop risk matrices for critical assets.
* Lead failure and leak investigations.
* Coordinate inspections with certified third parties.
* Develop reliability and integrity performance indicators.
* Manage CAPEX and OPEX budgets related to asset integrity.
* Lead technical and regulatory audits.
* Issue technical recommendations to ensure operational continuity.

**You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have:**
* A degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical-Mechanical Engineering, duly licensed and registered, with a minimum of 6 years of professional experience in related roles within the hydrocarbons or energy sectors.
* At least 6 years of professional experience in reliability programs, mechanical integrity, or asset management for: fuel storage tanks, liquid fuel pipelines, hydrocarbon terminals, industrial plants, service stations, refineries, or plants.
* Required certifications: API 580 (Risk-Based Inspection), API 581 (RBI Methodology), API 653 (Tank Inspection, Repair, Alteration and Reconstruction), API 570 (Piping Inspector).
* Proficiency in the following tools: SAP, Power BI, MS Project, Microsoft Office (advanced), and AutoCAD (desirable).
