Job Summary: UTEC is seeking a Retention Coordinator to design plans, analyze data, and prepare follow-up reports for student retention. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and manage the student retention plan. 2. Analyze data to identify insights and improvement opportunities. 3. Present data-driven retention proposals.
