Currently, we are seeking top talent to fill the position of **OCCUPATIONAL RISK PREVENTION SPECIALIST**, meeting the following profile: **REQUIREMENTS:** * Licensed Engineer and/or Bachelor (MANDATORY); supporting documentation must be provided. * Minimum 3 years of experience in supervision or prevention of safety, health, occupational health, and environmental management, preferably in Oil \& Gas, construction, industrial plants, or similar sectors. * Specialized training course in Industrial Safety or Safety and Environmental Management. * Certifications for high-risk work and proven experience (work at heights, confined space entry, critical load lifting, electrical work, deep excavation, cold/hot work). * Certified experience in construction site supervision roles. * Certified experience in construction or industrial companies. * Hazard identification and risk assessment. * Willingness to work throughout Lima and provinces. * Willingness to travel. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Conduct periodic site inspections. * Supervise operators on site. * Report, investigate, and document workplace incidents and accidents. * Deliver SST induction training to new personnel. * Support registration and tracking of PPE distribution. * Manage and archive documents related to the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OSHMS).
