Job Summary: We are seeking a certified Occupational Risk Prevention Specialist with specialization in Occupational Safety and Health to supervise regulatory compliance and manage operational safety. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health regulations 2. Supervise high-risk work activities across various industrial sectors 3. Develop and evaluate occupational safety programs REQUIREMENTS: **OCCUPATIONAL RISK PREVENTION SPECIALIST** **ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION:** Certified Professional **SPECIALIZATION:** Professional in Hygiene Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemistry, or related fields, with specialization in Occupational Safety and Health. **EXPERIENCE:** Minimum 3 years of experience as an Occupational Risk Prevention Specialist in industrial, mining, or fishing sectors. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Knowledge of Integrated Management Systems. * Familiarity with Law No. 29783: Occupational Safety and Health Law. * Knowledge of Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA). * In-depth knowledge of Occupational Safety Standards under Law No. 29783 and ISO 45001. * Knowledge of Occupational Risk Management. * Knowledge of Accident Investigation Methodology. * Intermediate-level Office proficiency. * Proactive, organized, and sociable. * Strong identification with and loyalty to the company; courteous and respectful demeanor. * Knowledge and experience in personnel management. * Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health, minimum 100 hours. **(Mandatory)** * Training in high-risk work (working at heights), minimum 8 hours. **(Mandatory)** * Training in high-risk work (confined spaces), minimum 8 hours. **(Mandatory)** * Training in high-risk work (electrical hazards), minimum 8 hours. **(Mandatory)** * Knowledge and experience in high-risk work: Working at heights, hot work, load lifting, confined spaces. * Completion of courses or specialized training in Occupational Safety and Health. * First aid training. **FUNCTIONAL UNIT OBJECTIVE:** Ensure achievement of specific Occupational Safety and Health objectives and adherence to procedural standards. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise various high-risk work activities (working at heights, load lifting, confined spaces). * Monitor compliance with internal Occupational Safety and Health regulations. * Review specific safe work procedures. * Ensure compliance with field and office work procedures. * Conduct induction and training sessions for new staff. * Evaluate critical task inventory. * Supply personal protective equipment to staff. * Actively participate in accident investigations when they occur. * Request daily work permits for site operations. * Ensure client requirements regarding Occupational Safety and Health are met. * Inspect and report deviations in the workplace to implement immediate corrective actions and prevent occupational accidents. * Instruct and verify that workers understand and comply with safety standards and properly use appropriate personal protective equipment for each task. * Inform workers about workplace hazards. * Conduct job-specific safety risk analyses. * Take all necessary precautions to protect workers by verifying and analyzing compliance with hazard identification and risk assessment and control (HIRA) performed by workers in their respective work areas, aiming to eliminate or minimize risks. * Monitor ongoing implementation of controls outlined in the HIRA matrix and the Occupational Safety and Health Management System within the plant. * Ensure implementation of the annual Occupational Safety and Health Program and the annual Safety Plan. * Evaluate the effectiveness of Occupational Safety and Health programs. * Prevent and control accidental damage to company property. * Comply with and enforce Occupational Safety and Health and environmental regulations, procedures, and instructions included in the SST Management System and applicable legal frameworks. Work Locations: Various plants in Lima and provinces.
