Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, from job posting to staff onboarding. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end management of recruitment and selection processes. 2. Conducting interviews and coordinating staff onboarding. 3. Monitoring hiring processes. Requirements * Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment and selection processes, preferably in high-volume hiring. * Familiarity with recruitment sources and job boards. * Availability to work onsite in Surquillo. Responsibilities * Posting job openings across various recruitment channels. * Screening resumes and conducting telephone interviews. * Scheduling and conducting selection interviews. * Managing onboarding documentation for selected candidates. * Coordinating occupational medical examinations and the staff onboarding process. * Tracking hiring processes until employee commencement.
