Requirements * Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment and selection processes, preferably in high-volume hiring. * Availability to work onsite in Surquillo. Responsibilities * Post job openings across various recruitment channels. * Conduct resume screening and telephone interviews. * Coordinate and conduct selection interviews. * Manage onboarding documentation for selected candidates. * Coordinate occupational medical examinations and the staff onboarding process.
