Position Summary: Credicorp Capital is seeking a passionate Senior Buy-Side Research Associate with expertise in financial analysis and capital markets to cover corporate issuers across Latin America. You will have the opportunity to: Analyze regional companies and sectors, monitor credit risks and relevant market events. Generate investment recommendations based on fundamental and relative value analysis. Participate in portfolio committees and discussions with investment leaders. Develop tools and models that enhance investment process efficiency. ### **What are we looking for?** Professional degree in Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. More than 6 years of experience in financial and/or credit analysis, ideally covering Latin American companies. Experience in fixed income, corporate credit analysis, or investment research. Advanced English (mandatory). Advanced Excel proficiency.
