At Credicorp Capital, we seek Exceptional Talent to join our Financial Planning team in the position of **Senior Expense Management Analyst**.
We are looking for a candidate with solid experience in FPA and demonstrable ownership of OPEX and CAPEX, capable of mastering the details of a complex cost base and translating them into executive, forward-looking, and actionable insights. This position will be based in Lima, Peru, with regional scope, and will be critical to implementing world-class expense management.
**Your key responsibilities will include:**
* **Build and maintain a consolidated, granular view of OPEX and CAPEX**, by country, entity, area, cost center, account, category, supplier, contract, project, and responsible person—reconciled with accounting information.
* Lead budgeting, forecasting, and rolling outlooks for expenses and investments, incorporating operational drivers, seasonality, and other applicable factors.
* Analyze actual performance versus budget, forecast, and prior-year results, identifying root causes, price-volume-mix effects, recurrence, controllability, and risks.
* Manage the financial interpretation of the Technology portfolio and investments: Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), OPEX/CAPEX, actuals and commitments, capitalization, amortization, and value realization.
* **Serve as the financial liaison with the Profitable Growth area**, to define baselines, measure initiatives, and differentiate P&L impact, avoided costs, and released capacity—avoiding double-counting, collaborating closely, and pursuing synergies.
* Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership and committees.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Specialization in FPA or Cost Management is desirable.
* **Minimum 5 years of experience in FPA, Financial Planning, Expense Management, or Financial Control**, with demonstrable responsibility for OPEX and CAPEX, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
* Experience with Technology project portfolios, business cases, cost transformation, productivity initiatives, or benefit realization—and in regional or multi-entity environments—is highly valued.
* Solid understanding of financial statements, cost centers, provisions and accruals, OPEX/CAPEX, capitalization, and amortization.
* Proven experience developing and presenting analyses and recommendations to senior leadership or committees—with clear conclusions, independent recommendations, and influence without formal authority.
* Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI and ERP systems. Advanced English. SQL, Python, Power Automate, Databricks, or AI applied to Finance are desirable.
