We are looking for a Solutions Architect with experience in cloud environments and modern architectures to participate in the design, evolution, and modernization of high-volume platforms within the Fintech sector. The person will be responsible for defining scalable, secure technical solutions aligned with best practices, working cross-functionally with development, product, and security teams. **This position is hybrid in Quito city and remote if you are located in LATAM, where you will be assigned to one of our most important clients.** **Responsibilities:** * Design and document technical solutions, microservices, and integrations. * Maintain and apply the reference architecture (application, data, infrastructure, security). * Evaluate technologies and propose alternatives aligned with best practices and cost–benefit analysis. * Identify technical risks and propose mitigations. * Participate in design reviews, ensure compliance with standards, and support development teams. * Contribute to cloud modernization, automation, and standardization initiatives. **Requirements** * 3 to 5 years of experience in technical design, architecture, or software development. * Experience in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure). * Experience working in agile teams and cross-functional collaboration. **Required Technical Knowledge** * Service-Oriented Architectures (SOA), microservices, and RESTful APIs. * Event-driven architectures. * Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation). * Containers and orchestrators (Docker, Kubernetes). * Software design patterns and SOLID principles. * Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases. * Security fundamentals, networking, and middleware. * Experience with POS (Point-of-Sale) solutions. * Familiarity with CI/CD and automated deployment pipelines. **Benefits** At Devsu, we aim to create an environment where you can thrive both personally and professionally.
