Growth opportunities **LA CASA DELO SERAPHIN GAS S.A.C.** is looking for a highly committed professional to fill the position of **SSOMA Engineer**, with experience in managing Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment in hydrocarbon, gas, or related sector projects. Requirements * Degree holder and registered member of the professional engineering association in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum **4 years of experience** working as an SSOMA Engineer. * Knowledge of current regulations on Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Management, and applicable regulations for the hydrocarbon sector. * Experience **(desirable)** in developing and implementing: * IPERC. * ATS. * PETS. * Occupational Safety and Health Plans. * Contingency Plans. * Incident and accident investigations. * Managing safety audits and inspections. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Willingness to perform fieldwork and supervision. Responsibilities * Supervise compliance with Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental regulations. * Prepare and update SSOMA documentation. * Conduct inspections, audits, and staff training. * Investigate incidents and propose corrective and preventive actions. * Ensure compliance with current legislation and the company's internal standards. * Coordinate preventive activities across various projects.
