Position Summary: We are seeking a committed, leadership-oriented, and results-driven FAST FOOD Store Manager to manage the store, lead the team, and ensure customer satisfaction. Actively participates in operations to improve efficiency and quality Join the Guiligan Family We are a Peruvian company with a strong track record in the food service industry, and we are currently looking for a committed, leadership-oriented, and results-driven FAST FOOD Store Manager. REQUIREMENTS: Technical or university degree in Administration or related fields. Experience in similar positions within the food service industry. Knowledge of good food handling practices and waste control. Residence in the districts of Lince, La Victoria, La Molina, or Ate Vitarte (Mandatory). Availability to work Monday through Sunday from 5:30 PM to 2:00 AM (rotating days off). MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for comprehensive store management and leading the team of collaborators, promoting and implementing the Guiligan culture across all operations. Ensure compliance with kitchen and service processes, guaranteeing a satisfactory customer experience. Manage and submit daily reports on sales, inventory, cash register, and documentation control in a timely manner. Actively participate in the store’s operational tasks, supporting the team as needed to maintain service efficiency and quality.
