Coordination with clients and service management **Supervisor Technical Specialist \- Contract** ----------------------------------------------- **Location: OCP Cobriza** **Purpose of the Position:** Perform technical supervision of heavy equipment maintenance activities carried out by technical personnel assigned to the Service Contract agreed upon with clients (mining companies and/or mining contractors or construction projects). Intervene in and execute specialized technical work within a framework of health, safety, and environmental protection. **Specific Responsibilities of the Position:** * Implement equipment maintenance programs according to factory standards. * Carry out and/or participate in scheduling and planning of equipment maintenance services according to factory standards. * Supervise equipment maintenance work performed by technical personnel assigned to the service contract, both in underground workshops, surface workshops, working faces, work sites, or other locations where required. * If required, intervene in / execute specialized technical work on equipment. * Coordinate with the client and/or Zonal Leader of Contracts / Service Contract Manager all work related to equipment under responsibility. * Prepare technical reports related to the service. * Prepare the monthly service and contract safety management letter. * Generate requests for supplies, materials, and spare parts for equipment maintenance services. * Schedule the use of and/or issue instructions for returning medium- and low-turnover or non-consumed spare parts from consignment inventory to headquarters. * Present, justify, and obtain client approval for the monthly settlement of the contracted service. **Requirements:** * Technical education (2–3 years) and/or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical-Electrical Engineering. * Specialization in heavy equipment (desirable). * Courses and/or workshops in maintenance management, hydraulics, electrical systems, and electronics (desirable). * Minimum 5 years of experience in technical activities and 2 years supervising heavy machinery line equipment. * Class A2B driver’s license (mandatory, with minimum 2 years of validity)
