Job Summary: Alupar Perú is seeking a Supply Professional (Materials) to manage material quantification, procurement, and supplier relations for transmission line projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead material quantification and procurement for projects. 2. Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and commercial terms. 3. Identify opportunities for standardization and optimization. We are **Alupar Perú**, a multinational leader in the development and construction of power transmission line projects. We are currently seeking a **Supply Professional (Materials)** for our team in Lima. **Required Profile:** * Electrical Engineer, Electromechanical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, or Civil Engineer (with * experience in transmission lines). * 5 to 8 years of experience in technical procurement or electrical transmission project engineering. **Knowledge and Skills:** * Interpretation of transmission line drawings. * Material quantification from drawings and technical specifications. * Reading of material lists (BOM/MTO). * Knowledge of steel structures, conductors, insulators, fittings, and line accessories. * Familiarity with IEC, IEEE standards and transmission technical specifications. * Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously. * Intermediate or advanced English (desirable, considering interaction with international suppliers). * Advanced Excel proficiency. **Responsibilities:** * Analyze drawings, calculation reports, and technical specifications to identify and quantify required materials. * Prepare material lists (MTO/BOM) for procurement processes. * Manage tendering and request-for-quotation processes with national and international suppliers. * Evaluate received proposals both technically and commercially. * Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, commercial terms, and warranties. * Issue award recommendations supported by technical, economic, and risk criteria. * Coordinate with Engineering and Construction teams to validate scopes and resolve technical queries. * Identify opportunities for cost standardization and optimization. * Maintain an updated supplier database and develop new supply alternatives. **Benefits:** * Full EPS coverage for the employee and dependents. * Hybrid work schedule. * Meal card. * Mobility bonus.
