We seek a Talent Management Analyst with experience in personnel administration, payroll management, and labor compliance, who will contribute to optimizing the organization's human talent processes.

**Responsibilities:**
* Manage payroll for the General Regime and Civil Construction sectors, ensuring compliance with current labor regulations.
* Administer EPS (Health Insurance), Life Insurance under Law, and other corporate benefits.
* Provide support in training, development, and performance evaluation processes.
* Develop human talent management indicators, labor compliance reports, and process improvement proposals for the department.
* Monitor and track attendance, time sheets, and personnel-related incidents.
* Ensure compliance with labor legislation and provide support on personnel management-related inquiries.
**Requirements:**
* University graduate in Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar positions.
* Knowledge of labor legislation and payroll administration.
* Understanding of accounting processes related to human resources management.
* Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word.
* Basic proficiency in Power BI.
* Prior experience in construction companies or managing personnel under the Civil Construction regime is desirable.
