REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment processes (preference for restaurant or fast-food industry). Proficiency in job boards and social media for recruitment (mandatory). Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and priorities. Availability to work Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in Barranco. Conduct resume screening and coordinate interviews. Support the selection and hiring process. Coordinate onboarding of new employees. Maintain up-to-date employee files and documents. Support preparation and renewal of employment contracts. Follow up on performance evaluations and HR activities. Support payroll processing, social benefits, and settlements.
