Job Summary: We are seeking a committed and proactive Maintenance Technician to ensure optimal facility operation and supervise maintenance personnel. Key Responsibilities: 1. Promotes an excellent organizational climate and smooth communication We are looking for a proactive and committed **Maintenance Technician** to guarantee that our facilities remain in perfect condition. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Technical training in Electricity, Plumbing, Networking, repair of various machinery, equipment, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical, mechanical, air conditioning, and related installations. * User-level Office software proficiency * Availability to work Monday through Sunday with 1 rotating day off * Prior experience in companies whose business scope aligns with ours, in this same role or related positions, for at least 1 year. * Excellent personal presentation * Maintains an excellent organizational climate. * Punctuality **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * In charge of the maintenance area and personnel. * Plans, coordinates, supervises, and ensures timely execution of general preventive and corrective maintenance across the organization. * Coordinates timely execution of various external maintenance services (e.g., cleaning, fumigation, air conditioning, elevators, freight lifts, painting, furniture, electrical equipment, and others), promptly reporting to management for required decision-making. * Supervises and controls proper use of basic utilities (electricity, water, telephony, internet, cable, gas, etc.), minimizing associated costs. * Monitors functionality of services across various organizational departments. * Complies with comprehensive safety norms and procedures established by the organization. * Performs all other duties not explicitly listed in this job description but inherent to the position. * Monitors arrival and departure times and conduct of assigned personnel. * Keeps equipment and workplace orderly, reporting any anomalies. * Prepares daily activity reports **COMPETENCIES:** * Management of general maintenance (electricity, plumbing, communication equipment, telephony, cleaning, construction, and assembly). * Fluent and assertive communication with guests and staff. * Autonomy in decision-making. * Ability to handle work-related problems and situations. * Creativity, commitment, and leadership. * Appropriate tone of voice when attending to guests and interacting internally. **WORK CONDITIONS:** * On-site work mode * Employment contract * Full-time schedule * Lunch provided * Accommodation may be offered Application Question(s): * Do you have technical training in Electricity, Maintenance, Mechanics, Refrigeration, Plumbing, or a related specialty? * Please provide your phone number.
