Professional development in strategic logistics operations **CRISAR LOGÍSTICA** We are looking for a **TRANSPORTATION MANAGER**—a professional who not only coordinates transportation but also **possesses in-depth operational knowledge and the ability to resolve issues and deliver results**. **JOB MISSION** Coordinate, negotiate, and ensure delivery compliance according to our policies. **REQUIREMENTS**: * Graduate, Bachelor’s degree, or Technical diploma in Industrial Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in transportation and third-party fleet coordination. * Knowledge of GPS monitoring. * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Lead centralized national/regional route planning. * Immediate coordination with the Control Tower to ensure real-time vehicle tracking via GPS/telematics. * Ensure delivery compliance aligned with fleet productivity indicators: loading/unloading times, on-time-in-full (OTIF) performance, cost per stop, and idle time. * Negotiate optimal rates with suppliers while maintaining strong relationships and efficiency during loading/unloading. * Generate incident reports. **KEY COMPETENCIES:** * **Proactivity:** Essential to anticipate contingencies and ensure compliance. * **Adaptability:** Ability to learn quickly according to established processes. * **Working under pressure** **WE OFFER** * **Compensation:** Formal employment under the General Labor Regime, compliant with current labor regulations. * **Development opportunity:** Within a strategic logistics operation.
