Position Summary: This role contributes to the implementation of operational and financial programming, ensuring community mobilization and compliance with behavioral standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure compliance with organizational behavioral standards 2. Contribute to the implementation of operational and financial programming 3. Employee Contract Type: Fixed-Term Employee (fixed duration) Job Description: Adhere to the behavioral standards defined by the organization, as stipulated in the Child Protection Policy, Code of Conduct, and related documents. Contribute to implementing 100% of the operational and financial programming assigned to field activities under the guidance of project leadership. Generate necessary documentation required by donors and the contracting organization for monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual reporting.
