Job Summary: The WHS Planning Analyst will support the Distribution Center's operational planning through demand, inventory, and capacity analysis, ensuring resource availability and service level targets. As a **WHS Planning Analyst**, you will be responsible for supporting the Distribution Center’s operational planning through analysis and monitoring of demand, inventory, and capacity, ensuring resource availability and contributing to the fulfillment of agreed customer service levels. **Key Responsibilities** * Support daily, weekly, and monthly planning for receiving, storage, replenishment, and dispatch operations. * Analyze and consolidate demand, inventory, volume, and operational capacity data, identifying and reporting deviations. * Monitor Inbound, Replenishment, and Outbound plans, tracking priorities, workloads, and schedule adherence. * Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support decision-making and operational monitoring. * Contribute to continuous process improvement, productivity, cost efficiency, and service levels by participating in Kaizen initiatives. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, 5S, proper storage practices, and corporate policies. **What We Are Looking For** * Education: Technical or university graduate/bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. * Experience: 1–2 years in planning, logistics, operations, or inventory management. * Knowledge: Logistics and capacity planning, inventory management, data analysis, and Lean Logistics. * Tools: Advanced Excel, advanced Power BI, and familiarity with WMS/ERP systems and report automation. \#LI\-MR2 Maersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
