Training and job stability **DESCRIPTION** CORPORACIÓN METAL FRIO SAC is looking for top talent to join our team as an Air Conditioning Technician / Assistant or Internship Candidate in the field of industrial refrigeration and air conditioning. **REQUIREMENTS** \- Technical training in air conditioning, refrigeration, or related fields. \- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions within this field. \- Experience in installation, preventive and corrective maintenance of air conditioning equipment. \- Experience with VRV and VRF systems. \- Availability to work on projects across various locations in Lima and provinces. \- Initiative, commitment, proactivity, drive for self-improvement, and results orientation. **RESPONSIBILITIES** \- Perform inspection, diagnosis, and maintenance of air conditioning equipment. \- Detect and repair refrigerant leaks, recover and recharge refrigerant gas, measure high- and low-side pressures, perform vacuum tests, and identify mechanical and electrical faults in evaporators and condensers. \- Replace compressors and perform repairs, replace lubricating oil. \- Maintain injectors, extractors, and air curtains. \- Complete technical reports, protocols, acceptance documents, and other related documentation. \- Install, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and repair various types of air conditioning equipment including floor-ceiling, wall-split, window, fan coil, VRV, VRF, and others. \- Electrical installations and controller programming, etc. \- Comply with company- and/or client-established safety, occupational health, and environmental procedures and regulations. \- Provide operational support for related tasks assigned by the area supervisor to achieve defined objectives. **COMPETENCIES** \- Teamwork \- Proactivity \- Problem-solving \- Responsibility \- Effective communication \- Commitment **WE OFFER** \- A pleasant working environment \- Training opportunities \- Job stability Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.1\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
